Terms of service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use CitiTasker.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law.

CitiTasker is a marketplace that connects posters who need help with taskers who provide services. We do not employ taskers; each tasker offers their services as an independent provider.

Once a job is agreed, payment is held in escrow until the poster confirms the work is complete or the dispute process resolves the matter.

Platform fees are deducted from the provider's payout. Withdrawals are processed via our payments partner and are subject to the limits and timing on our pricing page.

Do not use CitiTasker for anything illegal, dangerous, or designed to defraud another user.

Do not share contact details that move conversations off-platform; this protects both parties and lets us moderate disputes.

Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience. Fake or coordinated reviews are removed.

If a job goes wrong, raise a dispute from the job page. The other party has an opportunity to respond, and the platform reviews the evidence to decide outcomes — full refund, partial refund, release to provider, or split.

Decisions made through the dispute process are final once funds have moved.

CitiTasker is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the work performed by taskers, beyond the obligations imposed by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the platform fees you have paid us in the prior 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice with at least 14 days notice before they take effect.
