Privacy policy

Account information you provide when registering — name, phone number, email, and (for taskers) verification details such as NIN/BVN, address, and a face photo.

Information about how you use the service — jobs posted, bids placed, messages exchanged, and ratings left.

Device and connection information — IP address, browser type, and approximate location, used for fraud prevention and to surface nearby providers.

To run the marketplace — match posters with taskers, process payments, deliver notifications, and resolve disputes.

To verify identity and reduce fraud, including via third-party providers such as Dojah for KYC checks and Paystack for payment processing.

To improve the service — understand which features are used and where we can make the experience better.

We share information with service providers who help us run the platform (payments, identity verification, hosting, email).

We share limited profile information with the other party on a job once a match is made — name, photo, and contact only as needed for the work.

We may share information when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

You can update most of your profile information directly in the app. Sensitive fields trigger a confirmation email so you can revert any change you didn't make.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support. Some records (e.g. completed transactions) are retained for legal and accounting reasons.
